About therapy

I often work with first and second generation immigrants, graduate students, professionals, artists, entrepreneurs, people in mulit-cultural and multi-faith relationships, and people living with ADHD.

These are experiences I can personally relate to, and I know how important it is to find a therapist who truly understands and resonates with your story. I’m always learning and expanding my understanding to meet people from all backgrounds and walks of life. I welcome anyone who wants to explore their own unique experiences in therapy.

Before returning to psychology, I spent 15 years as a creative professional. I hold a B.A. in Psychology and a Diploma from The Gestalt Institute of Toronto’s 5-Year post-graduate training program. I’m a Registered Psychotherapist licensed by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a member of the Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy (CAPT).

In my therapy practice, I specialize in helping people navigate relational trauma, untangle difficult dynamics, and create deep, meaningful connections with themselves and others. My approach is relational and embodied - this involves paying attention to what’s coming up in your thoughts, feelings, and body, as well as noticing how we connect as therapist and client. I approach all my work with sensitivity to social and cultural context, so we can explore who you are, your circumstances, identities, values, and experiences.
